DI30 is a series of Fitness Programmes and Group Training workouts created by The Gym Way and run at our London Gyms. These workouts cater to all levels of fitness and can be performed as part of our instructor led timetable or by yourself during individual workouts
Each DI30 workout uses several different training styles and systems and condenses them into one incredible workout allowing greater results to be achieved in a shorter period of time.
Each workout focusses on a specific type of training and introduces clients new forms of exercise (e.g. HIIT, plyomterics, strength, agility, functional) with the unique layout and equipment in The Gym Way Clubs (e.g. sandbags, kettlebells. agility ladders, medicine balls) giving you a more varied, fun and challenging workout.
