COVID-19: With a heavy heart, The Gym Way has temporarily closed

 

Due to the enforced Tier 4 restrictions commencing on Sunday 20th December, we must temporarily close The Gym Way clubs again, from Sunday 20th December.

 

The amount of support we have received from our customers is overwhelming and we know that not being able to access the clubs will be upsetting for many. However, it is our duty to do our part in helping to protect our members, the elderly, vulnerable, and of course our wonderful staff. 

 

FAQs

 

What will happen with my membership during the closure?

 

We value your custom and want you to know that if the closure is for less than a month, you will be credited the day's closure at the end of your membership. If the closure is for longer than a month we will freeze all gym membership payments, so there is no need to cancel your Direct Debit, or your membership. If you have paid a membership fee in the last few days, this will be credited to your membership once the club reopens. If you have pre-paid for your membership in advance, your renewal date will be adjusted to reflect the number of days the club is closed for. 

 

How long will The Gym Way be closed for?

 

We will be following the Government’s recommendation on when it is safe to reopen as; we will of course be updating you regularly through the website and social channels.
